28 - 30 April 2017

Post-Digital Laboratory 2017
The Red House - Center for Culture and Debate

What will you learn?
Participants in this workshop will learn the basics of digital image and sound, digital file formats, editing and the basics of post-production. Editing will be done using the free software Lightworks, which is available for Mac, Windows and Linux.

At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to take any video they have shot, edit it and export it ready for use in an installation or performance, or to distribute on Vimeo, YouTube or their own website.

The free version of Lightworks is based on the (paid) Pro version, which has been used on blockbuster Hollywood movies such as The Wolf of Wall Street, LA Confidential, Pulp Fiction, Heat, Road to Perdition, Hugo, The King's Speech and others.
